NIN AUTOSPORTS, INC. MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THE WEBSITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR AGREEMENT SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT. CONDITION OF SALE: All items are sold as is and all sales are final. No return or refund will be granted. All of our products are checked before shipping to ensure they are 100% non-defective. We pack all merchandises carefully to prevent damage during shipment. Nevertheless, damages do occur occasionally during shipping. We are not responsible for any damages incurred while shipping. Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier; therefore the purchaser must make all damage claims directly to the carrier. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, note the specific damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. In the event that the damage was not apparent at the time of delivery (box was intact but item was damaged), contact the shipping company within 24 hours to file a claim. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. Nin Autosports, Inc. under no circumstances shall be liable for the damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier. However, as a courtesy, we would be glad to help you in reaching an amicable settlement with the carrier in the event that you need assistance. All discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. All returns must have an authorized RMA number, which may be obtained by contacting Nin Autosports, Inc. RMA department; however, all returned products are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All products that are approved for return are for store credit only. All returned merchandise needs to be in original unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging) within 10 business days from the time the item was received. Insure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to Nin Autosports, Inc. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense. Please contact us for any and all inquiries before you place an order. All products sold by Nin Autosports, Inc. are sold “as is” to the customer. Nin Autosports, Inc. does NOT offer or imply warranty on any of the products sold. All products sold by Nin Autosports, Inc. are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. Nin Autosports, Inc. is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. Nin Autosports, Inc. will not be responsible for your own actions. If product is in stock, it will be shipped within 48 hours. Some aerodynamics orders may take from 2 to 4 weeks. In the event that there is a backorder, wait time may be 4 to 8 weeks. There is a 25% cancellation fee on bidders who refuse the item within 30 days of payment date. Most of our aerodynamic products are manufactured by hand with 100% fiberglass and/or carbon fiber. Due to the material use in production, they will NOT be a direct bolt-on. These products may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing theses products. We strongly recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation on the body kits. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the product. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered. Know the product before you purchase them. All shipping and handling prices indicated are non-negotiable. All prices are quoted FOB Nin Autosports, Inc. All prices are guaranteed to be correct at time of publishing, except for typographical errors or errors in pricing or product information received from our suppliers. Nin Autosports, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Nin Autosports, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Payment: All shipment(s) must be prepaid, no COD. Acceptable payments are in the form of money order, cashier check, certified bank check, and credit cards (Master, Visa, Discover) only. Business checks are only acceptable upon credit approval by Nin Autosports, Inc. Special Orders: All special orders require a minimum nonrefundable deposit of 50% of total costs. If there is any cancellation for any reason by the Buyer, the deposit is forfeited immediately to in Autosports, Inc. Nin Autosports Inc. is not responsible for late shipment or failure to meet a previously quoted time frame. Buyers are not entitled to charge backs, reductions in price, or other offsets as a result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. The Buyer will forfeit all rights to the special ordered item plus the initial deposit if the item(s) is/are not picked up within 7 business days from the time the Buyer is informed by Nin Autosports Inc. of the product's arrival.
